The FRP spray tower is a highly efficient industrial waste gas purification equipment, specially designed to remove harmful gases and particulate matter generated by industries such as chemical, metallurgy, electronics, and food processing. The working principle of the FRP spray tower is to fully contact the waste gas through the spray liquid (usually water or chemical solution) in the tower, thereby absorbing and neutralizing harmful components in the waste gas, such as acidic gases (SO₂, HCl, NOx) and alkaline gases (NH₃). The packing layer and liquid distribution device in the tower ensure the maximum contact area and optimal contact time between the gas and liquid phases, further improving the waste gas purification efficiency. In addition to its excellent gas treatment capacity, the FRP spray tower also has good weather resistance, is suitable for various climatic conditions, and can be customized according to customer needs.
